Comfort for the driver, smoothness for the family

Quang Huy, a furniture business owner in Hanoi, switched from a sedan to the new VF 8 to serve both work and family. His job takes him to construction sites outside the city on weekdays; on weekends, the car carries his wife and two children to visit their grandparents.

The electric motor delivers up to 170 kW with 330 Nm of peak torque for quick throttle response. Three drive modes — Eco, Normal and Sport — let him adapt to city traffic or highway runs.

Ride comfort comes from a MacPherson front and multi-link rear suspension paired with FSD adaptive dampers, which keep body roll in check and filter out bumps, bridge joints and rough surfaces before they reach the cabin.

Inside, the rear seats recline for long trips, dual-zone automatic climate control comes with a Combi 1.0 air filter, air quality monitoring and ionization. An ADAS suite — adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and lane keeping assist — eases highway driving.

VND 854 million after incentives, free charging until 2029

The VF 8 lists at VND 899 million. Under phase 2 of the “For a Green Future” program (19 September to 19 December 2026), eligible buyers get 5% off — VND 44.95 million — bringing the price to VND 854.05 million.

Owners also get up to 10 free charging sessions per month at V-Green stations until 10 February 2029. Scheduled maintenance comes every 15,000 km — three times the typical 5,000 km interval of petrol cars — and the warranty covers the vehicle for 7 years or 160,000 km and the battery for 8 years or 160,000 km.

Test drives are available at the “Upgrade to Electric” roadshow running 10 October to 1 November 2026 across 10 provinces and cities.
