Three services operated by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, known as VNPT, have been named Vietnam National Brand products for 2026, according to the group. They are the VinaPhone 5G mobile service, the VNPT home Internet service and the VNPT E-Learning platform for corporate training.

The honors were announced on the evening of October 16, 2026, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi. It was the tenth Vietnam National Brand announcement ceremony, themed “The Flow of Vietnamese Brands.” About 1,500 delegates attended, and the event was broadcast live on VTV1. Vietnam’s prime minister also attended.
The Vietnam National Brand is a national trade promotion program run by the government and led by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency serves as its secretariat. First established in 2003, the program selects products in two-year cycles and judges them against three core values: quality, innovation, and pioneering capability.
According to VNPT, VinaPhone 5G can reach speeds from 500 Mbps to more than 1 Gbps under suitable conditions, with low latency. It can also serve many devices at the same time. The group says those characteristics support high-quality video streaming, livestreaming, online gaming, and remote work, going well beyond conventional calls and web browsing on a phone.
Customers with a 5G-capable device within the coverage area can use the service without changing their SIM card, according to VNPT. The group also says VinaPhone has signed 5G international roaming agreements covering more than 50 countries and territories. These agreements are aimed at customers who travel abroad and expect their connection to keep working across borders.
For the home, VNPT says its Internet service runs on a fiber-optic network and comes with modern Wi-Fi equipment for households and businesses. A Wi-Fi Mesh system extends coverage through multistory or large homes and reduces weak-signal areas. Wi-Fi 6 devices enhance connection performance when many devices are online at once, according to the group.
The service also helps block access to malicious websites at the connection level, a feature VNPT presents as part of a safer home Internet experience. Customers can sign up at service centers, through a hotline, on the website or in the MyVNPT app. Technicians then install the line and activate the service, according to VNPT.
VNPT E-Learning addresses a different part of digital life: how companies train their staff. According to VNPT, the platform lets a business digitize its training work and manage courses, learners, content, and results in one place. Companies can tailor learning paths to specific departments and job roles, and the platform integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
Taken together, the three services cover key aspects of daily digital life in Vietnam. They span mobile connectivity, home and work Internet access, and corporate training systems. VNPT says the recognition also comes with a responsibility to maintain quality, continuously improve the technology, and enhance the customer experience.
