COSORI, the American air fryer brand trusted by more than 10 million users worldwide, officially entered Vietnam on 25 October 2026, distributed by O-Tech Vietnam. The launch brings a full range of smart kitchen appliances, from air fryers controlled by app to a multi-function rice cooker and fast kettles.
Two-sided heat, no flipping
The COSORI Dual Blaze 6.4L (P585S) uses two heating elements, one on top and one below, combined with 360 ThermoIQ technology to spread heat and cook food from both sides. Users can skip flipping or shaking food halfway through cooking, and dishes come out more evenly cooked.
With a 6.4-litre capacity, 11 preset cooking modes and smart control through the VeSync app on a phone, one fryer serves a family of four to six, from a whole roast chicken to fries for dinner. It is the flagship air fryer of the Vietnam launch, built for larger households that cook several dishes at once.
A DC motor, five fan speeds, 30 to 230 degrees
The COSORI TurboBlaze 6L (DC601) runs on a DC motor with TurboBlaze technology to push hot air evenly through the basket. Five fan speeds, nine cooking functions and a temperature range from 30°C to 230°C cover everything from dehydrating and proofing to roasting and crisp frying.
A ceramic non-stick coating keeps cooking surfaces safe and easy to clean. According to Stackline data cited in the release, the TurboBlaze once held the number one spot in the best sellers list for air fryers on Amazon in the United States, with 22,411 reviews at the time of recording. That is a large base of real users before the product reached Vietnam.
Beyond the fryer, rice and kettles
The COSORI 5L multi-function rice cooker (R501) uses Fuzzy Logic to control temperature through seven cooking steps, adjusting for white rice, sushi rice and brown rice. Beyond rice, it steams, slow cooks, stir-fries, makes soup and bakes. A ceramic inner pot and a stainless steel steamer make cooking and cleaning easier.
The 1.7L glass kettle (G173) keeps plastic parts away from the water and boils a full cup in under three minutes, with auto shut-off and boil-dry protection. The 1.7L stainless steel kettle (S152) boils 250 ml of water in about 43 seconds, with a 304 stainless steel interior and a lid that opens at two angles. Products went on sale from 25 October 2026 through official e-commerce channels and O-Tech dealer partners across the country.
